The Rio Maguari Shipyard (ERM) will participate as an exhibitor of two events that take place in this and next week. The first is Colombiamar, fair of the naval sector that takes place in Cartagena, from 13 to 15 March. Intermodal South America, in São Paulo, will take place from March 19 to 21. The goal of the shipyard is to publicize the portfolio of construction of barges, pushers and tugboats, as well as target the portfolio of international projects.
The ERM points out that it will be the only Brazilian shipyard present as an exhibitor at the fair in Colombia, which brings together companies from the naval, maritime, fluvial and port sectors. “We are able to compete with international prices in the port tugboat market, both for our partnership with Robert Allan, responsible for technical support, and for our strategic location in Belém (PA), as well as production quality and punctuality in delivery, “said the commercial director of the shipyard, Fabio Vasconcellos.
Since 2013, the ERM has delivered around 300 barges, between 2000 and 5000 TPB, and 20 pushers, between 1200 and 6000 HP. Among the main clients in the portfolio of the shipyard in recent years are: Hidrovias do Brasil, Grupo Amaggi, Cargill, Louis Dreyfus Company (LDC), Transdourada, Amazon Shipping Company, Vale, Locar, Transdata, Martin Leme, Reicon and Odebrecht .
